Amazing Grace
Is all around
Easily overlooked
Lost and then found

It's fleeting
Sometimes retreating
As simple as 
Two hearts beating

The smaller the place
The bigger the grace
Open your eyes
To the human race

A simple gesture
Passing kind words
Means a lot
It seems absurd

Don't take for granted
The care that you give
For those who are cared for
Their lives happily lived
