Fireflies

I remember Fireflies
They only came out at night
Dressed in dayglow underpants
They were such a sight

Stuck in jars they didn't last
That was long ago
When I last saw Fireflies
I really do not know

How I long for simpler times
When the world seemed just right
Now we're lost in the darkened woods
This trail just doesn't seem right
