Forgotten Ghost is a song I wrote in 2020 – its also one of my first songs after being away from playing any musical instrument for 30+ years. It does fit this old (but not ancient) photo. What is always so interesting about photography is how you can see people, places and things that used to be important in your life at one time – but now are just gone. Seeing the faces of people who have passed evokes a certain emotion – and then there are places – some just gone – some lingering on – over grown and looking like they had better days. Some survive and change for better or worse – but I suppose there is this eulogy needed for past things that we cherished that are no more.
